- returned within 14 days from the day you receive your order
- have not been worn
- have original swing tags attached 
- are in resalable condition


Return processing can take up to 14 days from the day we receive the return. We will NOT email you to let you know the receipt of your return.
Please use your return tracking instead.

RETURNS WE DO NOT ACCEPT


- faulty items without prior approval
- not purchased using our website www.little-mistress.com
- items included in the exclusion list
- items that appear to have been worn or washed
- items that are not in original condition
- items that have their security tag removed
- items returned after our 14 days return time frame

Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour.

Exchanges are not currently available.

RETURN CHARGES


UK RETURNS - are charged at £3.50 if using our Returns Portal. This will be automatically deducted from your refund. You are welcome to return your purchase using your prefered tracked service at your own cost.
To make a return using our Returns Portal, fill in our return form included inside your parcel. If it is missing, email us at help@iskalondon.com
Create your return shipping label using our Returns Portal - click HERE, enter your order reference (NO SYMBOLS) and follow the on-screen instructions.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS - are at your own cost. DO NOT USE OUR RETURN PORTAL.
We advise you always use tracked service. We can't be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

REFUNDS


We will NOT email you to confirm the receipt of your return. Please use your return tracking instead. You will only be emailed once refunded.

Return processing can take up to 14 days from the day we receive your return. We appreciate your patience whilst we inspect the returned goods to ensure they meet our Return Terms & Conditions before any funds can be refunded.

All refunds are processed to your original payment method. The initial shipping cost and the return charge is automatically deducted from your refund. Depending on the way you paid, the funds may take additional 5 business days to show on your bank/card statement. This time frame is dictated by your bank/card provider and is outside of our control.
